To our Farley's Family: It is with sadness and a feeling of celebration that I share the passing of Aunt Essie. She and Uncle Roy loved the Point and their time here was shared with so many of us. We each have special memories of them and their children. Donald has continued to love the Farley's life and has ingrained that love in his grandchildren. With love I share the following. Beth
FLOWERS, ESTHER F. ? On August 21, 2008, at her home in Rye, New
York, at 91.

of 1933. She majored in economics and history at Mt. Holyoke College
where she graduated in 1937.
She and her husband, Roy Malcolm Flowers, a Mamaroneck High School
track star and Cornell University graduate, whose family also lived in
Larchmont, were married on July 1, 1939 in a garden ceremony at her
parent?s house. The couple lived in Yonkers for several years before
moving back to Larchmont in 1944.

became an officer of the company. She assumed the role of president
upon her husband?s death in 1993, serving until 2007. Her husband was
the great-grandson of George Malcolm Clark who co-founded the business
in 1870.
